Our recruitment process is both robust and fully compliant with industry standards.

 

Our dedicated Manager oversees the recruitment of our care teams, ensuring their personal well being and closely monitoring their performance on a regular basis.

 

In addition to receiving a comprehensive induction, shadowing, and classroom training, our carers complete 28 care modules to provide them with the foundation necessary to deliver outstanding care.

 

We also equip them with all the tools and equipment they need to be safe and effective in their roles.

To ensure our carers remain up-to-date with current legislation and best practices, we conduct quarterly assessments to monitor their moving and handling skills, as well as their ability to administer medication.

 

We also perform regular spot-checks, post checks, and supervisions. During their first year with us, our carers undergo a 3-month probationary period and receive an annual appraisal.
